Chipmonk and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Straylabs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Chipmonk for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. However, by using Chipmonk, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

6. Beta Version Disclaimer

Chipmonk is currently in beta version. This means:

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using Chipmonk at any time by deleting the App from your device and discontinuing use.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to Chipmonk at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Chipmonk will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
